Travel partners and bookings
Aura Elite helps customers plan, organize and connect to booking options through approved partners. A concierge conversation or recommendation is not a confirmed booking. For some travel services, the external partner handles final booking, payment and confirmation. Availability, prices, changes, cancellations and refunds for those services are subject to the relevant partner’s terms. Review those terms before paying.
Standard Access and VIP
Standard Access is a gateway to travel services and partners. Aura Elite VIP provides advanced executive and personalized concierge assistance and is a paid service. VIP 14 Days — AED 149. Duration: 14 days. Full-cycle limits: 300 total requests, 50 voice messages, 30 image analyses and 40 Places searches. VIP 30 Days — AED 249. Duration: 30 days. Full-cycle limits: 550 total requests, 90 voice messages, 50 image analyses and 70 Places searches. When enabled for eligible guests, the one-time VIP Trial lasts 24 hours and allows two text requests only. Voice, images and Places are not included. The trial will be announced after testing. Paid membership duration begins upon successful activation after payment is completed through Stripe. Usage allowances apply to the full membership cycle, NOT daily. Service-specific balances are independent: exhausting one service balance does not automatically stop other services within their remaining balances until the cycle ends. Exhausting the total request allowance ends paid VIP usage until renewal or a new cycle. Payment processing is handled through Stripe. Review the package duration, price and usage limits before purchase. Confirm the scope, activation, payment and any cancellation or refund terms for your selected VIP option before purchase.

تهدف Aura Elite Travel إلى تقديم تجربة واضحة وعادلة للضيوف.
• تبدأ مدة العضوية بعد اكتمال الدفع والتفعيل بنجاح.
• بعد تفعيل العضوية وبدء تقديم خدمات Aura Elite أو استخدام أي جزء من رصيد الباقة، تكون رسوم العضوية غير قابلة للاسترداد عادةً.
• يمكن النظر في طلب الاسترداد في الحالات الاستثنائية، مثل:
• تحصيل دفعة مكررة عن طريق الخطأ.
• نجاح عملية الدفع وعدم تفعيل العضوية بسبب خلل تقني من Aura Elite يتعذر حله.
• أي حالة يكون فيها الاسترداد مطلوباً بموجب الأنظمة أو القوانين المطبقة.
• لا يتم استرداد قيمة الأرصدة غير المستخدمة أو المتبقية عند انتهاء دورة العضوية.
• لا يتم تمديد أو ترحيل الأرصدة غير المستخدمة إلى دورة أخرى ما لم يتم النص على ذلك صراحةً.
• أي استرداد معتمد يتم إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية المستخدمة عبر Stripe.
• مدة وصول مبلغ الاسترداد بعد اعتماده تعتمد على Stripe والبنك أو جهة إصدار وسيلة الدفع.
• طلبات الاسترداد تخضع للمراجعة والتحقق من حالة العضوية والدفع والاستخدام.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Aura Elite Travel aims to provide a clear and fair experience for all guests.
• Membership duration begins after successful payment and activation.
• Once a membership has been activated and Aura Elite services have started, or any part of the package allowance has been used, membership fees are generally non-refundable.
• Refund requests may be reviewed in exceptional cases, including:
• A duplicate charge made in error.
• Successful payment where membership activation failed due to an Aura Elite technical issue that cannot be resolved.
• Any case where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Unused or remaining package allowances are not refundable when the membership cycle ends.
• Unused allowances do not roll over to another cycle unless explicitly stated.
• Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method used through Stripe.
• The time for an approved refund to appear depends on Stripe and the customer's bank or payment provider.
• Refund requests are subject to review and verification of payment, membership status and usage.

Support and recommendations depend on the request, available information and relevant providers. Upgrades, lowest prices, availability and particular outcomes are not guaranteed. Check important details before relying on AI-assisted information or committing to a transaction.

Aura Elite uses external services and platforms when needed. Their applicable terms and privacy policies govern your use of those platforms. Customers should provide accurate information and use the services lawfully.
